After adding other objectives to the company, the most important of which is the addition of commercial business (import and export) to and from Iraq for all goods permitted by law, as well as changing the type of company from a joint venture to a limited liability company.
With the rest of the shareholders unchanged. Therefore, all the work of the Hilal Miri Company for Solidarity Contracting and all legally executed works have been transferred to the Star East Diamond Contracting and General Trade Obligations Company, and we include below all information about the company
Hilal Miri& Partners Company for Contracting was founded in 1986, it practiced Contracting works since its foundation. Its capital is (5,000,000,000) Five Milliards Diners Iraqi, divided equally between the founders of the company:

- Hiyam Habeeb Elias Pola
- Category (one) for construction works issued by the Ministry of Planning No.480.
- Category (one) for Electrical works issued by the Ministry of Planning No. 480.
- Category (one) for Mechanical works issued by the Ministry of Planning No. 480
- Category (Excellent) for general trading issued by the Ministry of Trade No.51486
These categories allow our company officially and according to Iraqi law to participate in the implementation of any kind or at any cost of contracts, whether they are construction, mechanical or electrical contracts, supply, execution, installation, fixing and maintenance.
Also carrying out general trading works (import and export).
Engineering Staff
At the moment there are (5) Five engineers working for the company full time including GM. Engineer Hilal Hanna Mansour Miri. He has a bachelor degree in civil engineering in 1968, member of the Engineers’ Union category Consultant.
